Will you take the entire submission off our hands?
Unfortunately, no. I really believe in a collaborative approach; you know your business or organisation best, and by working together we have a higher chance of being successful. Rest assured though that you will still be apportioning the lion’s share of the work to me!
How much does it cost?
In most cases, I will provide an estimate based on a competitive daily rate, invoiced after submission of the bid. For longer projects, I may request a small upfront fee based on a % of the total estimate.
How long does it typically take to complete a bid?
There’s no easy answer for this one, as each bid is so unique. Factors such as the project's value or the funding being pursued, coupled with the client's specific requirements, influence the level of complexity and detail demanded. While some straightforward funding proposals might be wrapped up within a few days, more intricate projects could span several weeks.
After careful assessment of the evaluation criteria, I will provide you with a well-grounded estimate of the time I need to spend on the project. To ensure transparency, we will also agree a predetermined cap on this time, which will only be extended with your agreement.
Are you available for ongoing projects or retainer agreements?
I am primarily available for ad hoc projects. However, I may have capacity for ongoing projects or commitments. Please contact me to further discuss availability!
